Open selected links on a hotkey

Some forums do not provide internet addresses as links. In this case, you should select and copy a link to the clipboard and then paste and open it in the browser. This script simplifies this task. It copies the selected text to the clipboard, and then opens it in the according application. Similarly, you can open or execute any document or application by selecting it in any text.

The script runs in hidden mode and it is enough to specify a hotkey to run it. Do the following steps:

• Add it to the Launcher module.
• Open Edit dialog there and go to Triggers tab.
• Specify Hotkey to execute it.

After that, you can select, for example, a URL in any application and call this script.
