You can do the following UTF-8 actions with this program:

Convert file(s) from Windows charset to UTF-8.

Convert file(s) from Windows charset to UTF-8 with the UTF-8 prefix at the beginning of the file(s).

Convert file(s) from UTF-8 to Windows charset.

Insert UTF-8 prefix at the beginning of the file(s).

Delete UTF-8 prefix from the beginning of the file(s).

You can specify a wildcard like (*.txt) instead of one file for UTF-8 processing.
