Converts a text from one charset to other charset.

Conversion

Select a conversion that you need.
ANSI => UTF - 8 - Default Windows to UTF-8.
ANSI => UTF - 8 prefix - Default Windows to UTF-8 with the utf prefix.
UTF - 8 => ANSI - UTF-8 to default Windows. If the text has a utf prefix then the prefix is deleted.
